Race yourselves fit on Sunday afternoons in Pymble.

Maybe you can't always make it to training. Perhpas the West Met races are too far away? If you want some extra training, why not try these races on a Sunday afternoon, put on by Ku-ring-gai Little Athletics Centre. See and click on winter cross country down the side.

During the winter months, the Centre conducts a cross country competition at Bannockburn Oval, Bannockburn Road, Pymble. The course winds around the outskirts of the oval, and starts at 3:15pm each Sunday. The 2012 season will start on 6 May 2012 and continue until 5 August 2012. On the first day, athletes can register from 2:30pm and there will be a course orientation at 3:00pm allowing all runners and parents to walk the courses.

The 2011 season involved athletes from the Manly Warringah, Northern Suburbs, Ryde, North Rocks, Carlingford and Northern Districts Centres.

Season fees: Registered Little Athletes $10, and Unregistered children $55
