ANSW Short course state cross country - Rydlemere July 14th

It was a lovely sunny day for these hilly races. We had 28 juniors running and 4 parents, and juniors came away with 4 gold and two silver team medals. We had the Striders tent and our lovely whiteboard. What more need I say??

Benji's dad was 2nd 45+ in his 7.5K race, part of the gold medal winning mens 35+ team.

Jenny Wickham was 2nd 35+ in the womens' 5K, and was part of the 35+ team with mums Caroline (me) and Jean. On the day we got gold - but the result is in dispute!
